5.5% state & county tax not included in site rates. Cabins have an additional 8% room tax.
Fees
- Our daily base rate per unit per site includes 4 adults. Camping units with over 4 adults will be charged an extra $7/night/person. Maximum of 8 adults per site. Adults are considered age 18 and older.
- Some sites can fit up to 2 units. That means 1 camper plus 1 tent OR 2 tents. An extra $20/night will be charged per extra tent on sites that allow them.
- Cabin 125 $15/night/pet. Maximum of 2 (well behaved) pets.
- Early check ins prior to 12:30pm will be an additional $20 (with office approval and site is empty). Late check outs (based on availability) past 12 noon will be an additional $20.
Deposits
A deposit is required when booking and the remaining balance is due at check in. We accept all major credit cards, but a 3% discount will be given at check in to those using cash or check for their balance.
1-3 night stay: 1 night deposit
4-7 night stay: 2 night deposit

Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation Policy
& Reservation Changes
- On non-holiday reservations, we have a 10 day cancellation policy.
- If you cancel by phone or email at least 10 days prior to your arrival, you will get refunded your deposit minus a $25 processing fee. Please make sure you receive a cancellation email or your reservation has not been cancelled.
- If you cancel within 10 days of your arrival date, you forfeit your entire deposit.
- If you change your reservation dates at least 10 days before your arrival, there is no fee (current season only).
- If you change your reservation within 10 days of your arrival, there will be a $20 change of date fee (current season only). If you cancel your reservation anytime after moving it, you will forfeit your deposit. Date changes made on your check in day will result in the $20 fee added plus the balance of your reserved dates ran at that time.
- We cannot refund for late arrivals or early departures. If your date of arrival will be delayed, please let us know or your site may be re-rented.
- If you do not show and/or do not cancel your reservation by phone or email, your site balance for all reserved nights will be charged to the card on file. Cancellations made on your check in day will be charged for all nights reserved.
Dump Station & Pump Outs
Dump Station & Pump Outs
- Our campground does not have any sewer hookups but we do have a dump station and offer a pump out service.
- Scheduled pump outs are Mondays & Thursdays for $20. You must sign up in the office prior to 10am on the day you wish to be pumped out or it will be considered an emergency. All black and grey tanks will be pumped. Please let us know if there is anything special we need to know about your camper. You do not need to be present. Pump outs are typically done between 10am-2pm on scheduled days. Cash is preferred.
- Emergency pump outs can be done any other day but you will be charged $30.
- A $10 charge will be added to your card on file if you use the dump station when you check in. You are free to use our dump station throughout your stay, but there is a fee if you bring your waste into our park from somewhere else.
