Cabin Policies
Notice to guests- Fish Creek Campground & RV LLC is a privately owned campground; we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if necessary. The campground is not responsible for accidents or injuries to our guests, or loss of money and/or valuables of any kind.
- Absolutely NO smoking of any kind in any unit.
- NO PETS ALLOWED.
- You must bring your own linens.
- Please sweep the floor and turn AC and heat off upon departure.
- Take out your own garbage and recycling bags to the dumpsters. Please leave the rubber bands on the garbage cans.
A $50-$200 cleaning/damage fee will be applied at checkout to the credit card on file if there is excessive cleaning required (beyond basic cleaning/sanitation) after departure or if management finds anything broken, damaged, tampered with, or missing. If damage quote is beyond $200, the camper is responsible to pay that amount. The rental is required to be returned to the same condition it was in upon arrival.
Instances include, but are not limited to…
- Tampering with trees/branches for firewood
- No removal of garbage upon departure
- Damage to screens/windows, electrical panels, AC, heater, fan, lights, railings, ladders, porch chair
- Ripping or moving the mattresses
- Scratching or marking up the floor or walls
- Breaking or stealing any part of the fire pit grill rack
**Cabin checkout is NO LATER THAN 11am. Late checkout fees will apply.**
**Loss of the key given at check in will result in a $15 charge added to the credit card on file.**
**KEYS MUST BE TURNED IN TO OFFICE. IF OFFICE IS CLOSED, PLEASE LEAVE KEY INSIDE CABIN ON TABLE.**
**PLEASE LOCK CABIN DOOR UPON DEPARTURE.**
