Online booking tips!

Our online booking system is NEW! If any issues or questions arise while you’re trying to book a reservation online, please give us a call @ 920-495-2267.

  1. Prior to booking, please read through and become familiar with our campground policies. We are known for being a quiet, comfortable, safe, and family/pet friendly campground. We have a strict 5mph speed limit and quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
  2. With booking online, you can choose your site type, but not site number. Once we review your online reservation, we will put you on a site that accommodates you. On the check out page, you can note site preferences and request specific sites in the “additional comments” box and we will do our best to honor them. You can always give us a call and we can let you know what site numbers are available for your date range.
  3. During peak season, our online system may say there is site availability but may have you moving sites throughout your stay. If this is the case, we will give you a call before confirming your reservation.
  4. A deposit is required when booking and the remaining balance is due at check in. The deposit amounts are based on the length of stay which is noted on the check out page and our website. The check out page won’t show the deposit amount, we will do it manually once your reservation is complete. We accept all credit cards, but a 3% discount will be given at check in to those using cash or check for their balance.
  5. When you complete your reservation online, you will get a confirmation page that says “your booking has been recorded correctly” and a “pending confirmation” email will be sent to you. The reservation isn’t booked until we select a site for you, look over details and preferences, make sure you’ll fit into the site type chosen, and approve the reservation. From then, we will do the deposit on the credit card given and send you a final confirmation. Once you receive that, you’re all set! We will give you a call if we need anything else from you.
  6. If there are no sites available for your duration, please give us a call and we can see if we can get you into multiple sites, or move anything around.
  7. Our site rate includes 4 adults, meaning one camping unit includes 4 adults. For sites that have over 4 adults (in one unit), an extra $7 per night per person will be added automatically into the nightly charges, not as a separate line/service item. Adults are those 18 and older. Kids are free, but you will have to put their ages in.
  8. Some sites can accommodate a camper plus a tent or two tents. An extra $20 per night will be added for additional units. Tents for kids under 18 are free. There is an option to add a tent to your site after choosing your site type. If the tent is only staying for a certain amount of nights, please note that in the “additional comments” box on the check out page so we can adjust the price manually. A second unit on an approved site will only be charged the “extra tent” fee, not the “additional adults over 4” fee as well (unless the site has more than 8 adults for 2 units). We may have to change the pricing manually when we receive the booking.
  9. Cancellations and modifications can only be done by phone or email.
  10. Bookings of more than 2 sites need to be approved by phone.
  11. Check in time is any time after 2pm and check out time is 12 noon for campsites. Cabin and rental camper check out is 11am. Charges apply to early check ins and late checkouts. Approval is needed from the office.
  12. Discounts we offer are stay 6 nights and get the 7th free, as well as a 10% military/veteran discount. If you click “yes” on the military/veteran drop down menu on the check out page, we will apply the discount at check in when we see an ID (unless you’re a returner, then we will add the discount before sending your final confirmation).
  13. Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends have 3 night minimums. Fourth of July has a 4 night minimum. October festival weekends have a 2 night minimum. The cabins and rental camper have a 2 night minimum the entire season. One night stays on campsites only will be accepted based on availability by booking over the phone. If your reservation doesn’t meet these minimums, we will give you a call before approving it.
  14. The Rental Camper and Rustic Cabin 125 are pet friendly. $15 per pet per night (max of 2) will be charged for well behaved pets. Cabins 126 and 127 do not allow pets unless approved in advance.
  15. Please leave your site as you found it and respect our amenities and equipment.
